The project aimed to enhance the Project Management (PM) skills of future MIST students by providing them with practical insights and skills to communicate and maintain stakeholder engagement during project management effectively. To accomplish this, our team provided a job aid and corresponding presentation on current best practices in project management and recommendations for success derived from workers-in-the-field accomplished performers (AP) who are currently and regularly using instructional systems design (ISD) and project management (PM) skills.

The expected outcomes included enhanced communication and stakeholder engagement, insight into best project management practices, and bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in project management within the MIST program, ultimately improving the skills and preparedness of students for real-world ISD projects and beyond.
